Atomic Paint Shop is a premier guitar finishing company, led by the world-renowned guitar painter and finisher, George Felise. George's passion for guitar finishing started at a young age when he began working at the legendary Kramer guitar company in Neptune, New Jersey. Since then, he has established a long-standing career in guitar finishing, working with Kramer Guitars, Spector Basses and the Vaccaro Guitar Company in the 90s.

George's expertise in guitar finishes is unparalleled, ranging from polyester and polyurethane to lacquer and nitrocellulose. Today, George heads up Vaccaro's custom shop finishing department and Atomic Paint Shop, where he leverages his years of experience to deliver stunning finishes that meet the highest standards of quality direct to you.

George's work has been sought after by some of the biggest names in the music industry, including Eddie Van Halen, Bon Jovi, Queensrÿche, Twisted Sister, Aerosmith, and Motley Crue. At Vaccaro Guitars, George did specialized graphics for Kid Rock, The Edge, and Lenny Kravitz.

Atomic Paint Shop is proud to offer an array of custom finishes direct to you, including high-definition sparkles, sparkle bursts, sunbursts, tobacco bursts, retro bursts, stains and hand rubs and oils, hot rod flames, matte finishes, pinstriping, EVH striping, as well as any custom flip-flop finish or the famous Kramer Holoflash foils, which was invented by George Felise during his tenure at Kramer.

Every custom paint job done by George Felise includes a Certificate of Authenticity signed by George Felise, as well as an indelible decal inside the body cavity to certify its authenticity.
